THE 1% MAISON
Terms of Service
Last updated · 27 September 2026
dopacap is a free-to-play luxury-fantasy entertainment game developed by Kehribar. By using the dopacap app, website, or our official social channels, you agree to these terms.
The service
dopacap lets you "acquire" entirely fictional luxury goods with in-game currency. Every maison, product, and price in the game is a fictional creation. The game is free to play and supported by advertising; optional in-app purchases are available.
Virtual items and currency
In-game currency, net worth, items, and rewards exist for entertainment only: they have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, sold, or transferred outside the game, and confer no ownership or other rights outside the game. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use them within the game. We may adjust, rebalance, or remove virtual items and currency as part of running the game.
In-app purchases
- The app offers optional in-app purchases made with real money, such as packs of in-game currency and bundles, and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Nothing is required to play.
- All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. We never see or store your card or payment details.
- Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its refund policy. Please request refunds from Apple or Google directly.
- Consumable purchases (such as in-game currency packs) are used up when delivered to your game and cannot be restored after they have been credited, including after "Reset all progress" or deleting the app.
- Non-consumable purchases ("Remove Ads") can be restored on the same store account with "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
- Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase, in your local currency, as provided by the store.
Advertising and Remove Ads
The free game shows ads, which may include optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for in-game bonuses as well as interstitial, app-open, banner, and native ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; see our Privacy Policy for details and your choices.
"Remove Ads" stops all ads from loading and showing in the app, including rewarded ads. The main watch-an-ad bonus is instead granted without an ad, while bonuses that exist only as ad rewards (such as extra spins or reward doubling) are no longer offered. Rewarded-ad bonuses are always optional.
Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients or automation, or interfere with the leaderboard, auctions, or other players.
- Choose a respectful leaderboard alias; offensive names may be removed.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
We may remove entries, reset progress gained through cheating, or restrict access for players who break these terms.
User content
Your leaderboard alias and other names you choose (for example in syndicates) are visible to other players. We may remove aliases or entries that violate these terms. You can report or block other players in the app.
Intellectual property
The app, website, artwork, fictional maisons, and the dopacap brand are our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
Store terms
If you downloaded dopacap from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Google Play purchases are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
